SHIPPING TERMS
We have both in stock items and made to order, and they have different ship windows.
[In stock]
We usually ship in stock items on weekdays within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase.
[Made to order]
If a product is made to order, it’s indicated at the product’s page as “Made to order”.
If the item is not available in stock, we will fabricate for you.
The approximate dispatch date will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs: 5€
Delivery time: 2-5 days
Delivery is offered in France for all orders over 700€.
European Union
We deliver to the following countries :
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), Germany (excluding Büsingen and Heligoland), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Lake Lugano, San-Marino and Vatican), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (excluding Nederlandse Antilles), Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Melilla), Sweden

International delivery (within the European Union) is offered for all orders over 1000€.
Rest of the world and Overseas France
We deliver to the following countries :

Delivery time: 5-14 days
For international shipping (outside the European Union), all orders are shipped in DDU (taxes and import duties are not included in the final price). Therefore, handling charges, customs duties and taxes might be applied upon delivery at your expense.
Please make sure the delivery address you fill out. Once we ship the package, we will not be able to modify the address.
RETURN POLICY
The following conditions must be respected if you wish to return your piece:
1. The product must have been bought on lareflexionparis.com website. If you purchased a product from another retailer, please contact the retailer and consult their applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
2. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
3. The product must not have been personalised, engraved or made to order.
4. Your item must be unused, washed, soiled or damaged and in the same condition with the original packaging that you received it. You will lose your right to return If there is evidence that the item have been used and that decreases the value of the product. If the item arrives at us broken, the right of return waives. *Any earrings cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons if you open the vacuum-sealed package.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. It has to be noted that we will not refund VAT and customs for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, even if the customer missed to receive the delivery or the deliveries are refused by the customer. If you refuse delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
7. The loss or damage of the items during the return shipping is under your responsibility. If you are shipping from outside the EU, please remember to return the item as a “return” on the carrier’s form with necessary documents. If French customs applies an import tax on your returned item, this will be deducted from the refund amount. For more information, please contact the carrier that you will be using.
8. Refund will not be made before we receive the item and control the piece. You’ll receive your refund within 14 days after we verify the items.
